Dear Lenna and Scott,
Today is my dads 77 birthday and all we can say is thank you! Massive understatement as this gorgeous home is just perfection for a family vacation. The pool, the view, the decor (my mom And I Love the lighting!), the comfortable furniture (and the beds oh my we slept so well)….we could go on and on.
But the biggest commentary is around the 6 staff members. Andre Sheldon Lennox Loi Neyokia = Dream Team. The level of service, care, attention, Hospitality is something we have not experienced anywhere (and we have been to some nice hotels over the years). I run a small recruiting firm in NYC (actually have a few clients in Dallas) and my team is an amazing group of women…..so I appreciate it when I see a group like this work in unison all the while having a few laughs. I could give examples of each one Of them going above and beyond. We got everyone on staff a massage yesterday to say thank you for all their help and have invited them to eat with us tonight for my dads birthday dinner (and we will tip them of course). Our 3 boys already asked to come back next year ❤️.
